“It’s not impossible.”

Growing up in Queens, New York, Jay Baker never imagined he would one day be president of a major corporation.  Perhaps you’ve heard of Kohl’s? 

His accomplishments in retail are tremendous, and on top of that, he’s given many young people wonderful opportunities through his philanthropy, including his support of and leadership as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation.

But we'll let him tell you his story in his own words and why helping kids is so important to him:
