We are excited to add another member to the program team! Please welcome our newest program coordinator, Courtney Stephens. Here’s a little about Courtney in her own words…

Hi Everyone! My name is Courtney Stephens and I am very excited to be the newest member of the Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation team. I graduated from Drew University in May 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. While at Drew, I was a member of the women’s basketball team where I was lucky enough to stay healthy and have a four-year career. During my years at Drew University, I started a club called Drew Unified Sports. The main goal of this club was to place athletes with and without intellectual disabilities on sports teams in order for them to learn tolerance through sports. My experience with Drew Unified made it clear to me that I wanted to pursue a career that helped adolescents develop life skills through sports and mentoring. I can’t wait to start my journey at the Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation and continue to impact the lives of those in the community!
